Last week I said that I had a problem with Keynote 2.07 and that the iCloud was not working. After a very nice chap from apple tried to help me. We actually restored the ipad and re-installed the app . None of these worked. The apple guy put the request up to a troubleshooting so I had to change my password for that! All in all it took a long time a got nowhere in the end.
Bearing in mind that I wanted access to this in readiness for BETT this year I decided to take the dramatic action of deleting all my presentations. Well, this did the trick. Of course, I had backed up the presentations I wanted to keep! This has now made everything work fine and so I solved the problem myself. Yippee!!
I am not sure what caused the problem in the first place but suspect a faulty file somewhere but the clean sweep is the way to resolve iCloud issues!
