Why Sharepoint?
It allows an integration for us to connect with calenders and emails as well as documents on our Skydrive ( whatever it will be called in the future). In the future it may form a delivery point for subscribers as well as those attending training. With so many things running from the cloud there is an advantage for me to run from any internet connection and this provides a more formal website to use if needed.
Meet with Lync
Again, not a feature we use at the moment but look out for being able to conference with us directly. At the moment I am using ooVoo as a means to meet with you remotely, answer your questions and deliver training in the comfort of your office or setting.
